The History.

I need to learn to cook better.
I mean, i can handle the basics, but thats about it.
And now that I'm living away from home at Uni, I need to learn to not ignore stuff if it dosen't have microwave instructions on it.

I'm not a great fan of eggs, but they are a useful addition to my diet.
My favourite form of egg is omelette.

My mum spent the summer attempting to teach me how to them. However, she is in true despair over my awful omelette making skills.

Here are some of the omelettes that I've attempted since moving to University.
(And hey, they were all edible. That's all that matters.)
